Baobabooks and ZNotes launch a Summer Creative Challenge focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals

Baobabooks and ZNotes have partnered to launch a Summer Creative Challenge focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The challenge runs from 1 July to the end of the summer after which the winners will be announced for each category and prizes awarded.

“By engaging students with the SDGs through creative writing and art, we are empowering them to not only develop their literacy skills but also become active contributors to solving real-world challenges,” commented Soukeina Mamodhoussen, Co-founder and Head of Education and Learning at Baobabooks.

This creative challenge leverages the writing literacy course that Baobabooks and ZNotes together launched earlier this summer. It invites students from around the world to select and learn about one of the 17 SDGs and then write about it and include illustrations or expressive artwork if they wish.
